The best months to observe and snorkel with the whale shark are from May to September.

To do the whale shark swim tour in Mexico from Cozumel they have to take the first ferry that leaves from Cozumel at 6 am and we will be waiting for them at the dock of Playa del Carmen at 6:40 am right on the pier to The entrance to the restaurant Sr Frogs.

After swimming with the whale sharks we will go to the reef of Isla Contoy or Isla Mujeres depending which one is closer to where we will find the whale sharks that day.
They will be back at the Playa del Carmen pier after the tour before 3 pm if weather conditions allow us that day.
The spaces are limited to 10 people per boat, plus guide plus captain.
